Sirius College Cadet Program
The Australian Army Cadets (AAC) is the youth military program and organisation of the Australian Army. It teaches confidence, discipline, leadership, and values that make youth more equipped for society.
Transformative Outdoor & Leadership Experiences
Cadets challenge you to branch out of your comfort zone, leading you to become confident, self-sufficient and willing to “have a go.” Through hands-on outdoor drills, survival hacks, and teamwork challenges, Sirius College Cadet Program nurtures character and resilience in a supportive community.

Curriculum & Activities
What Cadets Experience & Learn
Wilderness Camps & Water Sports
Includes various camps which include activities such as hiking, abseiling, rock climbing, kayaking and various cadet activities.
Outdoor Survival Training
Explores different survival skills and hacks for outdoor activities (types of knots, how to construct a hootchie, how to make a fire etc).
Military Drills & Marching
Teaches different types of Drills (Marching, Attention, Salute etc.).
Cadet Etiquette & Character
Teaches etiquette and behaviour of what is expected at cadets and displaying the core values of cadets (Courage, Initiative, Teamwork and Respect).
Inter-Unit Socialization
Gives the opportunity to socialise or meet cadets from other units.
